'SO many good things about this place - fab front porch: great enclosed side porch for eating; fans in both those areas; quality appliances and kitchenware for eating/ cooking; good lights for reading in living area; walking distance of all the "hot" spots; nicely cleaned; lots of helpful explanations, neatly typed, around equipment in the house; wonderful old hinges and doorknobs to add charm; a fun hunt to find the bedroom closets (at first I thought there weren't any); linen and towels...

'The Tuscan cottage was absolutely beautiful. Josh and Nicole have created a tranquil and cozy atmosphere with this amazing Tuscan decor. For me it was very reminiscent of my many years in Italy at my grandparents villa. My husband and I wanted a few days of peace and quiet and this delivered. Everything we could possibly need from the kitchen, fluffy towels and comfortable bed was at our disposal. Beautiful home and great views by thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to come back! '

'Our stay in this delightful Shoehouse 14-!6 July 2025 was certainly a memorable relaxing treat. You have certainly thought of and met our every need. Beds comfortable, ac adjustable, linens plentiful---even make-up removable cloths. Loved the former ice cream parlor downstairs area (where I had enjoyed previously) as we played board games with tea and Keurig coffees and the convenience of yet another bathroom there.
