Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund.'

'What an interesting place to stay in SF. The owner and assistant were so much fun, interesting and helpful. In a location in mid-south ish part of the city close to everything we wanted to do. We will recommend this spot to anyone that wants a bed and breakfast and/or something with tremendous history, nice room and bathroom with everything you could need. '

'Wasn't really sure about being at a hotel with a check in based on it being digital. It was pretty lowkey & they were extremely friendly. I liked the room for being just in and out. Location was solid as well, it was nice to be close to everything I wanted to see this time around. '

'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'

'The Laurel Inn is up in Laurel Heights, away from the tourist/hotel concentration down by the Ferry Building. For us this was a big plus. The motel is comfortable, public transport is right outside the front door - and Muni is a great way to get around - plus there's a shopping strip just two blocks away on California St. A nice place all around.'

'Our first experience with a shared bathroom was good. Everything was super clean. The location is also nice with good metro/bus connections to the main sightseeings and several nice places to eat around.'

'Rooms are small and lack storage space but have everything you could want, microwave, TV etc. Clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff, though the Roku TV takes a bit of getting used to.'

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests. Everything was clean and tidy however. We didn’t experience any noise or trouble. The only downside is the location of the hotel, as it’s right in the center of...

'Mission is een leuke, levendige wijk. Er zijn wel veel zwervers en het is vaak vies op straat. Het hotel heeft kleine kamers die best een opknap- en schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken. De bedden zijn wel goed en het personeel is behulpzaam. Betaalbaar in vergelijking met andere hotels in de buurt. '
