'Spacious room. Clean. Pool towels provided. Lot’s of activities around. What bothered me were the families with screaming kids, claiming their pool seats at 6:30 AM. Extremely pathetic of you are like that. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered. '

'The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night.
