Plenty of windows that open easily, so nice & light & airy. Bed comfortable. Shower not very powerful, but sufficient. Heaters in lounge & bedroom if needed. Breakfast & fruit juice brought to your door & very tasty. Would recommend & return. '

'I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again.'
