'Very dirty and felt very unsafe'

'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'

'The towels were worn and stained the sheets were not 180 thread the sheets had beads on them room needed to be more cleaner. I kept finding Caucasian hair on my clothes.'

'Worst place ever'

'Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.'

'Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .'

'If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!'

'The hotel was good, however, when we arrived the hotel desk clerk was not friendly had asked for adjoining rooms which we did not get, he never explained why could not hardly hear him speak, just rude and had asked for a wake-up call, never got when we checked out desk clerk said he was new, really all staff should be trained on all, she never apologized, and the breakfast is a joke, hardly nothing there when we walked in at 8:55 which it ends at 9, she was fuzzing because people were coming in...

'The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.'

'My husband and I were impressed with the our short stay; the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sadly, the TV is not a smart TV but luckily, it was quick trip for us. A firestick might come in handy.l for future reference. We highly appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and didnt have any issues.'
