'The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage. '

'We were met by smiling welcoming staff. I was disappointed when I got uo to the room and the room was small and shabby. I paid 4 star money for a room that was 2 stars at best. Its time to rehab this location. Many things were clean but falling apart. *shower door, over all bathroom, room was small, room chair'

'This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!'

'The staff was always polite and professional. The beds were super comfortable. There was dated wear and tear through out the property. If possible try to get a room on the top floor so you do not hear the loud stomping overhead by other guest. '

'No amenities, shower had standing water in it , walls and baseboards were dirty, base of the toilet was dirty,and the bathroom mirror had a film over it that you couldn't even see yourself in it. Was quite tho'
