'Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! 'This property was wonderful. It’s small, as expected, but well laid out and perfect for my family. Everything was perfectly clean and everything worked as expected. My kids (9 and 11) loved the loft “bedroom” though this wouldn’t work for kids much older (or much younger) due to the ladder and limited head room. But it was great for us.
