'The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Their breakfast had good options and I was surprised when we checked in that they offered a dinner/snack option and you got a complimentary drink from the bar. '

'The room were clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel had everything I would expect for this price level. Plus it has an inside pool and a large exercise room. All was an excellent value in my book.'

'The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the two major highways, grocery store and restaurants. We don’t use pools or jacuzzis when we travel, but, they do have them and the area is clean and centrally located on the property. The front counter staff was a bit confrontations when we arrived. We are local residents living in Columbia and the staff member questioned why we were staying with them. Seemed an odd question. Apparently they do not normally allow locals to stay...

'The breakfast wasn't great. Eggs very wet and the sausage looked microwaved and to tough to cut w the butter knife. Hot tub worked but super small and shallow. '

'For the price you don’t get much. I could stay at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago for the price and it seemed like a plain 3 star hotel. I didn’t have many options in the area so I guess they are price gouging. '

'The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned before use in one room. In the other room we reserved it had a smoke odor that they tried to cover up with disinfectant. The amenities left in the room were used. When we asked the staff to clean the bathroom they said they would- we asked at least 5 times and they said they would but never did.'

'Not to bad of a place to stay. Place does need a small upgrade including USB ports in the rooms. Bathtubs are a cheap plastic in the rooms but overall I would stay there again.'

'First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...
