'This property had everything we were looking for in a private birthday weekend retreat. There were no neighbors in site, only the deer family that came by in the mornings and evenings. Beaver Lake was a very short drive away where we found some great hiking trails. Rogers is only about 35-40 minutes away if you are looking for a day of shopping and a wide array of dining options. 'Perfectly located, near the quads and stadium. The host (Sean) responded quickly and clearly. This is a stand-alone guesthouse behind the main home and is completely private, spotless and well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for guests to use. A Keurig with pods is provided (bring your own creamer/sweeteners). The main bed is huge and there is also a fold-out couch and a separate daybed room. The driveway is steep but stairs with rails help. We stayed on a non-game weekend,...

"Het hotel op zich is wat ouder en de kamers ook. Maar de bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. Het zwembad was nog niet geopend toen wij er waren maar je kon wel lekker buiten zitten op het balkon. Voor het hotel stopte de trolley en hiermee ben je in een paar minuten in het leuke stadje. Voor 6 dollar per dag heb je een leuke sightseeing met de trolley door de stad. Het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan maar er is een prima restaurant in het hotel gevestigd waar je voor een goede prijs goed kunt dineren en ontbijten. Als we ooit nog een keer in de buurt zijn dan zullen we dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken en dat komt mede door het restaurant wat erbij zit!"
