The room facilities were acceptable, but they did not quite live up to the hotel’s reputation. One of the sinks was clogged when we checked in, although it was fixed upon request. The shower glass door would not close properly, causing water to splash out into the bathroom.
Most of the staff were polite and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the housekeeping service needs improvement. Our room was not cleaned at all the second day, even after I reminded the staff. It was still not done two hours later, which was quite disappointing. I then called the front desk to request clean towels instead, and it took over 40 minutes for them to be delivered.
Overall, the service level was not what we expected.
