Overall our 3 night stay was pleasant. The host/manager communicated well to provide all the information, although it would have been more convenient if it was provided in a message or document the day before checking in without having to ask targeted questions. Also, asked for early check in (3pm instead of 4pm), but did not receive confirmation on the day of as expected, so we arrived just after 4pm to check in to find the cleaner just starting to clean the space. Created a bit of an issue as we have two young children and were hoping to settle in and wash up before dinner. Cleaner was very friendly and let us bring our stuff up to the apartment, but we couldn’t set up kids beds or get washed up while cleaning was happening. Beds were reasonably comfortable and manager purchased a high chair for our use during our stay, which was very helpful.
Pros: good location, big kitchen, nice layout, lots of space, parking available, cute decor.
Cons: cleanliness was lacking in some areas, floors were not swept well, kitchen sink was left full of dirty water, some towels had dirt/stains, one bedspread was stained, and the bathroom sink was clogged the entire stay. Also, many finishes in the space look nice, but lack quality/functionality. TV remotes did not work. Could turn the tv on, but could not change volume or turn it off.
We may consider returning if functional issues are resolved.
