'The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. '

'Our stay at the Muong Thanh Cua Dong Hotel was a pleasant one. The daily breakfast buffet is well-attended. There is also a Highlands Coffee in the lobby. The hotel chain has two locations in Vinh. This location was the quieter one away. The room was large and well-insulated for quiet. The A/C works well. A good place to stay, especially for large families.'

'Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. I will say management needs to get their act together. With an empty hotel...

'Going by motorcycle from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha, one can make a stop halway and use this hotel as your stop. The owner is extremely friendly, inviting me for both dinner and breakfast, and driving me around. A real personal touch. The place itself is functional, let's say, worth the price Vietnam style. 'It's a beautiful property in the middle of tea farmland. Very peaceful and quiet except for the rooster(s) before dawn. I had a private room with a dedicated bathroom. It was very comfortable. On the menu for dinner was traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Very delicious. Recommended.'
