'Our stay was perfect. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The a la carte restaurant Mangal was the best highlight for our evenings. Thanks to chef Mohammed Ibrahim and all the staff there. All the other a la carte restaurants are bad, but staff is trying their best to make you enjoy your meals. 'Nice pool area and helpful people '

'this is the second SUNRISE resort we visited and again it was great. Rooms and service is great. Clean, the pools are watched carefully which is handy with small kids. Food is pretty good at the buffet restaurant. Service can somewhat be less or missing certain finesse, but they do their best and that is appreciated. If you are bothered by the sales men (excursions, spa etc) approaching you when at the pool, you can get a red flag at the towel center to let them know you want to be left alone....

'My stay here was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about Serry beach. The property was clean and modern. Employees were friendly and helpful. Fatma at the front desk was especially helpful and provided us with great local recommendations. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere.
