'Most of the people working there are very very nice.. the only downside is that in every hotel i went, the possibility to pay up on check out is available, this one doesn't have that option. Also, for some reason the non egyptians working there (female) aside from annet who is awesome, could learn a bit of empathy. They seem like robots and don't look like they like working there. Remove them from reception and put them somewhere else. '
