'I like that the kids could swim and that this time their was some entertainment. What i didn't like breakfast is the same. Dinner is ok. I cameback after 6 weeks and almost all the staff was replaced. Its not all inc you need to pay for the children to play in the play hall and the amusement outside. And you will get harassed at the pool by buyers while you try to relax.'

'The staff are pleasant and helpful (except one cart driver..maybe we need to give him a tip on our first day..?). Our room is very nice ,clean and the beds are very comfortable. Special efforts to cater for glutenfree food, especially by chef Wafy, were much appreciated.
Small point for improvement: the special requests we made during the booking with expedia were not met by the hotel at first, however this was solved adequately later by the very friendly staff at the reception.'

Only rhing we missed some snacks for our drinks around 5 before going up to the room to shower and get ready for the evening. Some simple chips or peanuts would have done the job'

Het toilet wordt wel vaak gepoetst, om het halfuur en dat is zeker nodig en dit was dik in orde. De sropcontacten in de kamer mochten strategischer zitten, zoals naast het bed om je mobiele telefoon te kunnen opladen. Dit was nu niet het geval. De badkamers zijn wel verouderd dus dat mag dringend gerenoveerd worden met een thermostatische douchekraan.'

"We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel.
My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new.
Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants.
They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus compared to the standard postmix in other resorts. Also good coffee available and a nice icecream joint.
Staff is really, really nice. Helpful and very friendly.
The big pool is very cold and salt water. The small pool is heated and has fresh water.
The gym is okay but the equipment is pretty cheap.
Animation team tries to involve everyone and is really keen on getting everyone to move and connect.
Nice service is the bus to the beach. Basically they have a small strip of beach reserved at the Pyramisa resort. Also a bar and some food is available there but the quality is pretty poor compared to the main restaurant in the hotel.
At night they have some entertainment with a singer and dancers which is just that, entertaining.
They also have a club service which takes you to a club in Hurghada city and brings you back.
Overall this is a great hotel where the only downside is the fact that it has no beachview. Considering the really good price (50€ per night) I recommend"
