Stunning view and exceptional service, but maintenance and food need urgent attention
I recently stayed at your resort and I have very mixed feelings about my experience. There were highlights that made the trip special, but also some disappointments that hindered the overall quality.
The Highlights:
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Amir for his professional handling of our check-in and for providing us with a free room upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
Also, a special shout-out to Irene from the Concierge team. She was beyond excellent—handling all our trip arrangements and securing our a la carte restaurant reservations with such efficiency and a friendly attitude.
The resort itself is visually stunning. The landscaping is top-notch, and the Aqua Park, Lazy River, and pools are fantastic. The beach is breathtaking, and the snorkeling directly from the shore was one of the best parts of our stay.
Areas for Improvement:
Unfortunately, the dining experience did not match the beauty of the resort. The food quality was poor and lacked variety, which significantly impacted our enjoyment.
Additionally, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the linens and towels, which was not up to the expected standard.
We also noticed some clear signs of "cost-cutting" that felt out of place in such a high-end location.
* Maintenance: The air conditioning in the room was faulty; the temperature remained constant regardless of the settings.
