Geweldige locatie. Super schoon, fantastisch en vriendelijk personeel, perfect en gevarieerde maaltijden. Kortom Arabella Azur is super voor een heerlijk verblijf.

Beautiful resort with amazing reef in front!
I have booked in the Arrabella part of this resort, but they closed it. Due corona ofcourse. But they gave me a beautiful room in the other part of the resort, happy days! Staff is really friendly and very helpful. All of them very friendly. Rooms are very clean and the food is good. I stayed in total for 5 days and never ate the same thing. Especially from the grill very nice food. Location is great, right on the beach. Swimming pools available. And the reef in front of the hotel is amazing! I have seen so many fish there!!!! From lionfish, puffers, stingrays, trumpet fish and many many more colourful fish I would go back to this resort. I recommend it!

Wij zijn als "jong" koppel 6 dagen in het Arabella Azur Resort verbleven. Voor ons helaas een teleurstellende vakantie, wij komen hier zeker niet terug. Hieronder de zaken die voor ons minpunten waren: - De badkamer: Enorm klein. 1 lavabo. Douche op 5 cm van het toilet, enkel gescheiden door een douchegordijn. Douche-oppervlak zelf enorm klein met als gevolg dat het douchegordijn de hele tijd tegen je plakt. Verder zijn de stralen van de douche erg hard. Ook geen deftige shampoo en conditioner. Het water ziet wat bruin de eerste seconden dat je het laat lopen. Ter info: wij hadden een kamer in de E-blok en hadden bijbetaald voor zicht op zee. Deze kamer behoorde zogenaamd tot de betere van hun hotelkamers. - De andere hotelgasten: Gemiddelde leeftijd 60+ en vaak niet net gekleed. - Het eten: Geen enkele avond echt lekker gegeten. Geen lekker fruit 's ochtends. - Het drinken: Er is één soort witte wijn verkrijgbaar. Deze is duidelijk aangelengd met water. Vers appelsiensap 's ochtends enkel tegen betaling. - Wifi: Geen wifi op de kamers en op de plaatsen waar er wel wifi zou zijn, werkt deze niet naar behoren. - Strand: Op het strand word je voortdurend lastig gevallen door mannen die je van alles willen aansmeren. Worden onvriendelijk als je kortaf doet. Personeel commandeert je om je lege glazen zelf naar de bar terug te brengen. - Tennis: Wij hebben elke dag geprobeerd om een uur te tennissen. Steeds werden we na 30-40min weggestuurd met één of andere smoes.

Dear guest, Thank you for recent review. We are saddened to hear that we fell short on delivering the level of service you expected and that we are well known for. Using the chance we would like to clarify for you several ponts. The internet access is offered in our hotel as a part of All inclusive services, with limited speed and in the lobby area only. The taste and quality of alcoholic drinks in Egypt is different from those, you got used at home. Fresh juices are not included in all inclusive concept, nevertheles there are at least 3 different kinds of other juices for your disposal in any bar and in the restaurant. At the Arabella Azur Resort we proudly offer a “do not disturb red flag policy”: guests who do not want sellers to pass by their chaise lounge can conveniently place the red flag on their sun shade and 100% relaxation...is guaranteed . All hotel staff is aware of this policy, red flags are offered to every guest by the beach/pool attendants. Apparently you haven’t taken advantage of it. Furthermore, we always encourage our guests to speak with our guest relations and management team when problems arise so that they can have the opportunity to resolve them and make sure everything goes seamless for the reminder of their stay., We only wish that you had brought your concern to the attention of one of the Management team, so that we could have addressed this at the time.

Si je retourne à Hurghada, ce sera ARABELLA et rien d’autre! Hôtel directement sur plage, uniquement des petits bungalow, à l’opposé de l’usine à touristes de la ville. Chambre faite chaque jour. Personnel parfait. Repas changés tous les jours et copieux. Plusieurs restaurants. Plusieurs bars à volonté, alcool glaces etc Vraiment un sans faute.

La struttura e ben posizionata in centro cita, personale molto gentile, pulizia eccellente. La cucina molto diversificata e per tutti i gusti , un po’ meno scelta per le persone intolerance al glutine. Un altra pecca che ho trovato e l’internet, funziona solo vicino alla piscina . Se anche queste piccole cose funzionavano avrei dato 5 stelle .

Good hotel for a short break
We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

Amazing location, with private beach and exelent snorkling, service staf is fantastic all a round.. Food is good, the spagetti guys are great This is 4 stars when its best and they should be considdered near the 5 star.

Le séjour c’est dans l’ensemble bien passé. Néanmoins la nourriture proposée est infecte et de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons donc très souvent mangé dehors. Chaque personne présente attend un pourboire pour le moindre service donné et quand bien même vous donner un pourboire certains ne sont pas contents du montant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Mais la lumière entrait par l’espèce de voûte de la chambre, du coup réveil à 6h par la lumière du jour. Les clients russes et allemands paraissent être leurs préférés, car vous avez beau faire la queue à la réception pour une question on les fera passer quand même avant vous, jusqu’à qu’ils se rendent compte que vous êtes français.

Amazing place. You must stay there. From checkin to checkout outstanding and everything in between. The whole Arbella team is above excellent. I can’t name all to many names. Nicht gefallen:Tücher im Badezimmer werden täglich gewechselt,auch wenn sie nicht am Boden liegen(NICHT UMWELTSCHONEND!)Fire-Show dauerte am Abend nur 30min...Beachshow fand spontan statt und wurde an Pinwand nicht angezeigt.2 Tage früheres Einchecken war telefonisch nicht möglich,wir mussten online 2 Nächte separat buchen.Geschlossenes Buffet war sehr unpraktisch. Gefallen:Futter für Katzen und guter Umgang mit den Tieren(sehr lobenswert,amazing!!!).Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.Essen und Service gut.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und überaus freundliches Personal! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren bequemer als jedes Hotelbett in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Wir können es kaum erwarten zurück zu kommen!
