'I’ll start by saying that the gentleman who checked me in was a gem! So helpful and professional. He seems to be the glue keeping that place together and running. It’s definitely an odd hotel. I chose it specifically for a patio room and wasn’t given one. Needs a deep clean for sure. Furniture and carpets are not only outdated but extremely stained and dingy. Oddly, I read a review about someone missing a shower curtain and I had the same issue. I was looking forward to the breakfast everyone...

'Nothing unique and bare minimum rooms and breakfast was non-existent. Front desk Ashley was by herself on holiday weekend with no room cards! That’s unacceptable and poor management to leave your employee to have to leave the desk all night up and down elevator with guests. She was so professional and dedicated.'

'This residence was all we hoped for and needed.. plus more. The free breakfast was amazing; the staff pleasant and always greeted us; very clean and exterior was a great space to walk or relax on patio. We will be booking there for next year.'
