'Prima kamer om in te slapen. 1 minuut rijden van de Skogafoss waterval. Ontbijt is super. Kamer is simpel bed en wastafel. '

Cabin had little kitchenette, but they also offered an breakfast option at the main building. Staff was very friendly. I do wish the hot tub was located closer to the cabins as it was too cold to shower, head to the main building, get in the hot tub, then head back to the cabin while in wet swimming suits. '

'Easy to check in with lock box. The room was small but had necessary things like refrigerator, electric water boiler, silver wares and coffee maker.'

'Er was niemand te bereiken, geen sleutel in de deurkluis, niet de faciliteiten in de keuken die vermeld waren. Alleen magnetron en waterkoker. We stonden met meerdere mensen te wachten en de eigenaar werd gebeld. Die nam gewoon niet op. Van mensen die er al wel zaten begrepen we dat het bij hun ook zo was gegaan. Uiteindelijk naar ander Guesthouse gereden en geld kwijt.'

'The house itself is huge and very very nice. We were welcome to use whatever we needed and all the luxuries they have. The owners are incredibly friendly and were more than welcome to help us in whatever way they could. Though there is nothing in the near vicinity it is not far from the Ring Road.'

'We booked the accomodation via expedia though it was closed and not prepared for guests when we arrived on site. The host was not on site but managed a friend to prepare everything for us and hand us over the key - so we had the entire appartment for our own and a very firendly and helpful neighbour. Great service!'

It feels like you’ve stepped back in time because everything looks original. The rooms are old but clean and have a bed, table, and sink. The bathrooms are down the hall, old but clean as well.
