Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The lobby has a large seating area for breakfast with a solid array of food choices. There is also an indoor pool and ice machine.
We have stayed here more than 3 times now while visiting family. It's a convenient way-point between Long Island and Rhode Island that meets all the needs of an overnight stay.

'We booked Roadway inn for 1 night to attend a baseball tournament for my son. The location was close. The room was very clean, no funny smells, had clean towels and clean beds. If i had anything negative it would be the bed was alittle hard for my liking but not the end of the world we slept fine. When we play this tournament again i will be staying there again.'

'As always, when in this area of CT. I stay at the Lamplighter. Close to the highway, easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Always very clean, everything works and i did notice the new beds in my room, which were super comfortable. Extremely nice rooms for the price, with fridge and microwave. Shower, instant hot water and plenty of it. I love staying at the Lamplighter. '
