'Room was not ready I upon arrival for 3 people as booked. Front desk said they would give an upgrade ( I had booked a junior suite) and they put me in a smaller room. I complained and moved rooms again. Troy who was the manager in charge was amazing and made sure all was set before he held including being able to order food which was not charged.
