'The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again.'

'Very dirty rooms. Terrible smells throughout the building. Preadatory cancelation policy which prevents people coming from out of town to cancel without being penalized + paying the fee for the night. Would definitely not recommend unless you want to catch some sort of illness/death.'

Elke dag nieuwe koffiepads Hotel is wat gedateerd, maar zitten midden in opknapbeurt. Personeel is vriendelijk. Altijd verse koffie en thee in de lobby. Helaas ligt het hotel aan de snelweg, waardoor het minder leuk is om bijv. aan het zwembad te zitten. Hoop herrie. Ontbijten en eten kan niet in het hotel, maar wel overal in...

'Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. '

'There was a few things wrong like the remote not working for the tv( not a big deal), there was no cold water coming out of the sink in the restroom, the swimming pool was closed and we had roaches in our room. My cousin had her own room and her tv remote wasn’t working either, she was told by the front desk to use her phone to watch tv lol. Definitely not staying there again. '
