'I love the bed and the pillows. So comfortable and clean. But the hotel has no elevators. I had a heavy luggage and it’s a bit challenging to climb up to 3rd floor. The breakfast (kaya butter toast and soft boiled eggs) was good but not the coffee and tea (bland). The staff were excellent.'

'Ben in dit hotel verbleven voor een week. Laatste keer 10 jaar terug. Hotel was ziet er nog steeds goed uit maar hier en daar kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden zijn gewenst. Dan meer gericht bijv even rookmelder goedvasthangen, stukje behang op gang los even vastzetten etc. Kleine dingen. Kamer was perfect met een zeer goede douche dat moet gemeld worden perfect met heel veel druk. Dat is niet gewoon in Azie. Nadeel was weer de Airco dat blijft moeilijk in hotelkamers het is eigenlijk nooit goed....

'Wifi was pretty unstable in the room which is an inconvenience when you're a business traveler. The gym is great and is open till midnight which I really appreciated.
The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice! I really enjoyed that. I would definitely recommend this place'

'Nice hotel with spacious highly facilitated rooms plus great swimming pools but because the hotel is so popular the personnel have become unfriendly and sometimes even arrogant. Especially during check in lack of social interactions and during check out lack of interest in our experiences. '

The eternity pool was the best.
Only downer was that we were only given one room key and that created a major issue for us.

'Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. '

'Arrive late around 1am and the check in was smooth. When enter the room, the smell was good though. And then the Tv remote problem, call the reception he came and solved👍 Aircond also good. Got free breakfast @ kedai mamak below the hotel. The best thing was this hotel got lift. Overall is a worthful stay with the price you paid.'
