'I paid for four nights at this place but left after staying only two. There is something "ghostly" wrong about this place. Taps and showers running when no one else is around, "kids" running up and down the stairs but no footsteps when they get to the second floor. Everything else is fine but be prepared for some weird events. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. "We had a good stay at AC Hotel Ottawa. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the location. There were quite a lot of homeless people around the area, which unfortunately made it feel less safe and comfortable, especially in the evening. Because of that, the overall experience was slightly less enjoyable. Still, the hotel itself was okisch, and we appreciated the quality and comfort during our stay."
