Wonderfull place with amazing sunset
The apartment was clean and well maintained. Our host Eva was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The location is great with a supermarket on walking distance a it’s a short drive to the beaches. The apartment had everything we needed with lovely seating outside a great pool and amazing sunset views! Highly recommended!

Waanzinnig uitzicht!
Prachtige plek met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht over de zee waar de zon ondergaat! Keukenservies is uitgebreid en de zitkamer binnen heerlijk. Ook de twee badkamers zijn prima. De bedden van de kinderen waren prima maar ik vond het bed een beetje hard met veren. Ik vond het meer een appartement dan een villa/huis. De 120 m2 slaat op het hele huis, zwembad en terras. Het is een soort van compound met lagen appartementen gebouwd op een berg. We hebben een fantastische week gehad.

Heerlijk!
Heerlijk huis, lekker terras voorzien van eettafel, ligbedden en lounge gedeelte en met een fijn zwembad. Op een fijne rustige locatie, maar binnen 5 minuten zit je in San Josep met diverse restaurants en supermarkten. Cala Tarida is een gezellig druk strand in de zomer.

Very nice house!
We have stayed here in the last week of October 2015. The house was very clean upon arrival. We were welcomed by the very friendly Eva. The house is spacious with a nice terrace with pool and a magnificent view. We enjoyed every second of our stay.

Tout était parfait !
Séjour idéal dans la maison d’Olga ! Depuis l’arrivée aussi flexible qu’agréable, accueillis par Eva qui a été d’un accueil incomparable, la maison est exactement comme décrite, magnifique terrasse agréable à vivre, maison parfaitement aménagée. Les voisins proches mais la disposition donne l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Le toit terrasse permettant d’admirer le coucher de soleil est idéal ! Communication facile , disponible et agréable avec Olga et Eva. Foncez les yeux fermés !

Un espectáculo
Urbanización cerrada,super tranquila,nada de fiestas ni alborotos Atención de Eva un 10, todas las facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir. Pocas veces llegas a un sitio, donde ves que todo está como lo que has vistos anteriormente en fotos, Todo super cuidado. Tenía un par de detalles que arreglar,pero comprensible que unas obras en plena temporada les resulte dificil solucionar pero nada que altere el disfrute de esta maravilla. Las puestas de Sol...son de otro nivel. Para disfrutar y descansar,es un Acierto esta elección. Gracias por todo.

Wir haben ganz wunderbare 7 Nächte im Haus von Lourdes verbracht . Vor allem der Aussenbereich ist ein mega Highlight . Ein wunderbarer Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang deluxe , tolle Liegen und ein privater Pool . So muss Urlaub sein ! Die Lage ist auch mega . Ein Supermarkt und die besten Stränden sind gleich um die Ecke . Ibiza Stadt ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt . Eva ist auch super zuverlässig und lieb und jederzeit erreichbar ,wenn man Fragen hat . Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt , wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben .

Mega Haus mit tollem Blick
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und man hat einen mega Ausblick inclusive Sonnenuntergang :) das Haus hat 2 separate Zimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Tolle große Terrasse und schöner großer Pool ( nur für dich ) Toller netter Kontakt zum Besitzer und Verwalter. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken :))) danke dafür. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. See you Ibiza

Excelente ubicación, terraza, piscina y vistas espectaculares
La vivienda es muy espaciosa. Su mayor ventaja es sin duda la terraza, su piscina y las vistas orientadas al oeste desde las que se ve perfectamente el mar y las puestas de sol. Muy limpia, se nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para la entrada y salida y Eva estuvo siempre pendiente. Solo echamos en falta algún detalle de mejor mantenimiento que hubiera hecho que la vivienda fuera sobresaliente. Muy buena opción en cualquier caso.

First Ibiza holiday
Had a nice stay at the property which is an apartment with a pool and terrace, the middle block of a group of three strips of apartments. The terrace with the pool is lovely with great view over the roof of the opposite property block to the sea, with great sunsets. The roof terrace above the apartment could be nice, however it only seemed to have broken outdoor furniture up there so we didn't use it. Some investment in outdoor furniture and some shade would make this a great area for the view and sunset . Unfortunately the sofa bed was unusable and stained and it was so uncomfortable that it could not be slept on. A new mattress for the sofa bed is desperately needed. There was a travel cot provided for the baby but no high chair. There was building work being done on the property opposite. As the property is surrounded by others there is a chance of noise from neighbours or work being completed which is not ideal .Luckily it was only for short periods during the day and we were out most days so it didn't impact us hugely, but it didn't make for relaxation when the banging started. Eva was very helpful on check in and arranging hairdressers taxi details etc and overall we had a lovely holiday and it worked as a base for everything we needed to do in the area. .

Hi Edith, first of all, thank you very much for taking your time to comment on our house, I don't understand why you used a sleeping sofa, you only made the request for 4 people, and the house has magnificent beds for 5 people (quality of 10th floor), the sofa bed is never used in a request of 4 or 5 people ... I do not understand. As for the high chair for the child, they didn't ask us, they just asked us for a crib (by the way, totally free), anyway, if next year they decide to visit us, we will try to solve their problems, atte, Lourdes

This is the second visit to the villa but this time for theee weeks. Eva, who deals with the check in, is superb and very efficient. The villa is clean with amazing views of the sea and sunset. We will return for a third visit.

Schönes Haus in (Ferien)-Anlage in wundervoller Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage, ist durch Mauern von den benachbarten Häusern getrennt. Je nach Nachbarn kann es lauter werden, wir hatten in den 19 Tagen meistens Glück und es war ruhig. Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt, mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Das Haus ist ausreichend für 4 Personen! Das Küchenequipment könnte etwas vielseitiger sein und ein Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Sonst tolle Sicht auf das Meer und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Schöner Pool und gemütliche Liegen. Nette Verwalterin, die bei Fragen sofort zur Seite steht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enamorados de IBIZA desde muchos años, hemos por fin encontrado un lugar donde nos sentimos como en casa. Casa perfecta para 2 familias con vistas y apuestas de sol espectaculares y muy cerquita de las calas más bonitas de la isla. Lovely property and views
We had a lovely stay in the house, the view was amazing and everything was just as we hoped. The downside being there was building work going on either side of the house, the house in front of us was drilling which was not relaxing or nice to wake up to or sit by the pool listening to. Our host did her best to contact the workers and ask they not start so early in the morning. It was not our hosts fault and she did her best but sadly it was a little bit of a nuisance.

Great Place Wonderful
It was really faboulus. I didnt expect as much and we stay in a lovely house facing the sea and the pine forest, really spetacular, in the nature and just meters from the the beach. The house was super comfortable very well equipped . The proprietary Lourdes and the administrator Eva were very kind and always ready to give us information and tips. The kids enjoyed very much , playing in the pool and garden, the beach and with other children . We already booked a new stay. Very very recommended!!!

Estancia muy agradable, la casa está decorada con sencillez y buen gusto, muy limpia y perfectamente acondicionada para hacerte disfrutar de tus vacaciones , camas confortables, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, zona exterior , piscina y chill out estupendo. Vistas maravillosas con puestas de sol inolvidables. Localización muy buena con un montón de calas, beach clubs y restaurantes a pocos minutos, San José cerquita, Ibiza a 20 minutos. Propietaria y encargada fantásticas , disponibles y dispuestas a colaborar siempre. Absolutamente recomendable.

MARAVILLOSA CASA CON INCREIBLE PISCINA VIENDO EL MAR!!
I must say that the house is wonderful for relaxation and disconnection, with a personal treatment from Eva (person who manages and welcomes you in the house) and Lourdes (owner) difficult to find anywhere, they have given us all the Information and facilities to enjoy our holidays in Ibiza. The house has a wonderful sea view, clean and with everything necessary including the most basic. Located in a privileged place next to the sea, near Calas nearby, and well communicated with the towns that provide services.   Cala Tarida and Sant Josep are small villages, flirtatious and ideal to make necessary purchases in the day to day. We also visited many Calas in the surroundings located in the best area of Ibiza to see the sunsets. We will definitely be back !!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus ...
...und einen herrlichen Ausblick genießt man hier. Das Haus und die Lage sind wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Abwicklung mit der Eigentümerin und auch vor Ort mit Eva hat sehr gut geklappt. Wenn es Mal eine Frage gab, wurde sofort geholfen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und schön, Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind ein Traum... herrlich, jeden Abend einen wundervollen Sonnenuntergang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place !
My family and me had a wonderful holiday in this house. It was my first time on Homelidays and i was afraid of anything going wrong but everything went really well ! The house is nice and the view unforgetable. The swimming-pool is a real plus because it is really beautiful and a great activity for kids in the afternoon when the temperature is too high to stay on the beach. Eva (house manager) and Jessy (house keeper and nanny) are great persons and allowed us to spend beautiful holiday with and without the kids The location of the house is nice too because there are a lot of beautiful beaches not too far and Ibiza is only 25-30 min. So I really recommand this place !
