It is very accessible if you are planning to explore the West Edmonton Mall, you can just cross the street (approximately 10 min. walk to the nearest Mall entrance) The hotel also prepared a simple surprise for my son's birthday, we greatly appreciate the gesture. The rooms are in pristine condition and with 3 big TVs on each area. I would definitely recommend staying on this hotel.'

'Great stay! It’s not the top of the line Marriott but neither was the price. It had every thing you need in a hotel. Comfy beds, clean, quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. No free breakfast but that’s ok most free hotel breakfasts are gross anyway. I have learned after many hotel stays that you can usually depend on Marriott for a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Great location. Only issue we had was that there was only one person working the front desk when we were checking in and they were on the phone with a guest so I had to wait quite a bit, 15 minutes or so, to be helped.'

The only CONCERN/ SAFETY HAZARD I have is the washroom floor in the Pool area women’s side was extremely slippery, the floors do not have fall/ safety adhesive on the floor for traction. Or needs staff to come and mop up the pool water.. noted big chunk of hair on side of pool.. gross… pool area could be maintained better . '
