'Since arrival the staff was very helpull, providing honest information and available options, the breakfast was also decent and i cluded few options even for vegetarians. Couple of nights we dine in and the food was extraordinary, including non traditional dishes, the trout was amazing as it was the tuna steak. I'll definitelly return to Qasa Arequipa. One little detail missing is the phones inthe room, but we just use our phones whenever we needed anything. Not every turist buys cellular...

'We had a great stay, we are vegan and there were so many vegan restaurants less than 10 minutes away walking. Close to the beautiful Plaza de Armas, very safe area had hot water which is a plus and good WIFI. Also had a refrigerator and microwave which we definitely used. '

'Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. '
