'Excellente service en zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Kamer was zeer comfortabel, duidelijk een nieuw hotel, goed en plezierig ingericht, goede wifi maakte het goed mogelijk op de kamer makkelijk te werken.
Voor mijn afspraak naar een plaats in de buurt regelde de receptie een auto met chauffeur, die ook tijdens de afspraak bleef wachten en me daarna naar het vliegveld kon brengen. Geen gehannes met taxi's of iets dergelijks.

Van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht je op z’n minst dat je een fles water krijgt in de kamer al kan je uit de kraan drinken. Daarnaast was het matras niet fijn. We hebben gedurende ons verblijf slecht kunnen slapen.'
