'All of the staff at this hotel were simply amazing. We arrived at the hotel late. Regardless of the time of the arrival at the hotel, many staff members came to the lobby area and welcomed us. Every single one of them were very helpful. They gave us information about the airport, such as airport's operation hours and when airline counters start operationg. Without the knowledge, we were to miss their amazing breakfast, and go to the airport way too early, just to wait outside for a long time!...

Kikusui is close to Imabari port area. If you don't mind a 12 minute walk from the station, it is a nice and interesting part of town to stay and walk around. The views are marvellous.'

'This place is awesome. I wish we had stayed longer. We stopped here for the night because it is the half way point for the Shimanami Kaido bike route. The residence was an independent structure with a large window looking out to the sea and the bridge. Sunrise was gorgeous. The unit has a beautiful bathroom, very nice bedroom and new clean kitchen. Everything about the residence was top-notch, including the amenities. The breakfast and dinner that we chose were amazing. Loved this place....
