'Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. 'To be honest, we expected much more from this hotel. At check-in, the receptionist couldn’t speak English, which was surprising for a five-star hotel. There was no welcome drink or warm welcome, unlike our experience at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The room was fine but didn’t feel luxurious, and the air conditioning couldn’t be set below 22°C. 'Schone en ruime kamer en prachtig uitzicht. Doordat er veel planten waren in het hotel kwamen er in de avond ook meer kakkerlakken te voorschijn. Behalve van dat was het geweldigg en het zwembad en strandje bij het hotel was perfectt zeker een aanrader als hotel.'
