'After a 24-hour journey, which included a 16-hour flight and transfers without sleep, we finally arrived at The Okura Hotel in Japan.
Receptionist asked me to provide my credit card for the deposit. I explained that I would pay for the room in cash and use the credit card only for additional expenses. However, ignoring what I said, she tried to charge the full cost of the hotel to my credit card. I repeated that I wanted to pay in cash, and then she asked me to show them the cash.

'As I've said in prior reviews, a capsule hotel won't be for everyone, but if you're traveling solo and location and cost are of concern, then this place nails it. Another elevator would be nice, but the stairs are good exercise to burn off the delicious curry breakfast. Even on a full weekend they keep everything super clean.'

'朝食のメニューの豊富さはとても嬉しいですが、パン焼き機があれば最高。
お風呂の施設は綺麗だし、ゆっくり出来て最高です。チケットせいのためか、１日１回しか入れないのが残念。あと、朝風呂（休館日）も予約時に案内がなかったのが残念。
部屋のトイレの水の流れる音がうるさすぎる…改善してほしい。'
