'We booked Bay Club at Anahita for 10 nights as a family of five with children aged 7, 14 and 17. Sadly, we had to check out after one night, which was a real shame. The main issue was major renovation work around the restaurant, bar and pool, which we had not been made aware of. Noise, boarded-up areas and building work spoiled the ambience. Our apartment overlooked the restaurant and was also affected by workmen and scaffolding next door. We were half board and the hotel had erected a marquee...

'Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights'

'Ok for 3*. Good place for snorkeling from the beach. Lack of some ambiance, a little bit of pleasant music at the bar/restaurant could do a lot'
