'Erg jammer dat je je koffer niet alvast kon achterlaten bij aankomst, maar pas na 1500 uur bij het inchecken. Uiteindelijk gekozen tegen bijbetaling eerder in te checken. Dat kon dan vanaf 12.00 uur en kostte GBP 10,-. Ik ben dit anders gewend bij andere hotels in dezelfde prijsklasse. Kamer was verder prima en schoon.'

'Stayed here for two nights when we needed to be close to Elstree studios, which is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good value for money. Very clean, light and good sized room with very comfortable bed. A convenient M & S food store next door. Lovely staff, particularly Julie, who was so friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. '
