'We booked 2 bedroom suite with table in the living area. Decent space in the suite by Japan standards. It was comfortable for 4 adults. Ceiling was very low but I think that's the standard in Japan. Very clean. Microwave and utensils & cutlery were very useful for a quick breakfast in the morning. Washing machine was also very useful addition. 'The staff were lovely. They greeted us as soon as we went in for check in. The room is clean, pjs are comfortable. Onsen was lovely. Wifi was fast. The room was big and had seats. It was a lovely stay and close to everything. Laundry washing machine is free to use. The dryer is not. Water bottles can be received from counter. Water dispenser there isn’t one. There’s free coffee in the ground floor. '

'Very small room even by Japanese standards and the window was frosted glass so you couldn’t see through it. Quite claustrophobic. Room was clean and airconditioning worked well. Staff was just okay, nothing special. Elevators slow. Wouldn’t stay here again.'

'This was the perfect hotel for us. The room was an adequate size and the bed was comfortable (if you like firm mattresses as I do). But the most important thing was the location. We could see Senso-Ji from our room. We were there during Sanja Matsuri and it was electric. Highly recommended. '
