'The staff was great; however, the hotel itself needs renovating. The room I stayed in (617) had a broken queen-sized bed, barely any toiletries, poor lighting, and a shower with rust spots throughout. I was in town during the World Cup and a concert, so availability was limited and prices were higher than usual. I would not stay here again as a guest.'

I didnt Get to try the sister restaurant, maybe next time. It was just a few blocks from the mall so I was Able to walk there and back with no problem. Great hotel with a great location.'

'Our family would highly recommend this property, had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptional & Jayla at the Front Desk was amazing and very professional! The hotel is clean and we loved the fresh juices in the common area and also the daily breakfast. Comfortable bedding and pillows and great hot showers, would stay again!'

'The front staff was not very welcoming when I arrived, I even called to let him know I was doing a late check-in, and the woman at the front seemed annoyed and like I was inconveniencing her. The elevators were under construction. The floor I was on where the ice machines were look like a crime scene also under construction. The rooms are a lot smaller than what they look like online. I asked for a balcony and they put me right over the kitchen, trash and Oil dump Station. Being a TikTok content...

'The restaurant was good but with limited menu card. Unfortunately there was some painting work done at the outside which went with some noise early in the morning.'

'There was really no communication from the girl checking me in. I booked through Expedia. Checking the girl never went over what I was being charged for. I knew $35 for parking but all she sad was you can insert your card. So I did . I guess I should have ask but I didn’t. Got to the room and realized I was charged for my room and parking. They told me when I checked out they would release my money well it’s been two days and no response. So if you book third party always check the amount...

'Personeel was goed en vriendelijk er is vlakbij 2 min lopen een winkel om een zwembroek of wat dan ook te kopen wat je vergeten ben (natuurlijk ik vergeet niks ) dat is super handig, pizzeria 1 min lopen en de eigen keuken is ook goed. Niets exclusief. Maar wel goed Ontbijt was een beetje matig. Niet vies maar ik hoopte op meer.'
