'The free mini bar as marketed was never there unfortunately, when leaving we saw on the announcement board that they provide it upon request, however the reception didn’t say a word about it. In general the welcoming was very cold and unpleasant. The facility and rooms were nice!'

'Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!

The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).

There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. '
