'The Rolling Hills symbolizes luxury from the past, but fails to adapt to modern times. The hotel staff obeys to strict protocol of impeccable service, but to an extend that makes it very impersonal. The rooms are spacious, but lack simple things like phone chargers or even power sockets near the bed. The light switches are on the wall, which doesn't help either. 'Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable.
One of the biggest issues was the bathroom's sliding door. It would not stay fully closed and kept sliding open on its own, which was quite inconvenient. I would especially not recommend this hotel for couples who value privacy.
The soundproofing was also poor. The walls seemed very thin, and I could clearly hear the woman in the neighboring room walking around in high heels, which was quite disturbing.
I even spotted small bugs several times,...

'Most importantly, the room was clean. Indoor slippers were provided as well.
The place is a little ways from the station, so be prepared to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.
Checkin was relatively straightforward- you can use a kiosk to check in/out yourself, and many languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) are supported. There is also a multi-language currency conversion machine available in the lobby. Staff are okay and available at the front desk.

'The rooms were super clean and spacious. I loved the bathroom setup with walk in showers with tub inside, both a rain shower head and handheld shower heads, and bidet. The hotel is a little out of the way but also convenient to a train station and in a really quiet and safe neighborhood. I would definitely come back again and pick this over pricier, smaller hotels that might be more centrally located. Super worth it. Thank you!'

'Best sleep and water pressure of all hotels so far. The bed was very comfortable. No floor heating was a blessing for a good nights sleep. At other hotels (and shops) it seems to be common to blast 25C via floor heating while Id like to sleep around 18C
