The hotel is very close to the airport. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost us 12 thousand KWN. They also have a shuttle buses we only use it going back to the airport. The room is very clean, and comfortable for me my husband and my daughter. There are lots of restaurants that are walkable around the area. Train station is also just a few feet away. I would stay on that place again. The hotel rate was also reasonable for what you get.

Perfect place for an overnight or two in Incheon. Affordable, clean, and comfortable with easy access to the Seoul airport line. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would stay again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and my most disappointing experience. Each time I used the airport shuttle but this time they were charging me because I had more than two bags. It was 20,000 won which I thought was a bit pricey and unreasonable given the price of the room and that this was not stated anywhere. Aside from that, there were some hairs in the shower that were not mine that I had to wash away.

Dust on the table light. No wifi or equipments instructions when checking in. But it’s convenient that there’s a shuttle bus to the airport, and staff is really kind.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night to catch up the next day flight. Staff and shuttle bus driver were great. The only thing is the hotel is far from Airport.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for our transfer in Seoul. Friendly staff at the front desk, convenient booking for shuttle bus. The area feels safe, and it's surrounded by restaurants. The bed is also really comfy which provides us a good night's sleep. The only thing I want to point out is that the shuttle to the airport was late for about 10 mins, there were lots of ppl boarding the bus as well, and the first stop is terminal 2. So it the total commute time is around 30 mins to terminal 1. Just leave yiurself enough time

My flight was delayed and canceled twice due to the weather condition in Dubai. The entire reservation and the management team at 'golden tulip airport' responded and helped me every time I sent emails about my situation. I highly recommend this hotel and staffs service for anyone stays around Inchon airport!

早朝に荷物を預け、夜チェックインに戻りました。男性スタッフの説明は適当で、ウェルカムドリンクもなし。帰りのシャトルバスを予約しようとしたら無い、と手で振り払うような動作をされました。荷物をもらおうと札を渡すと、たまたま朝と同じ男性がフロント担当でしたが、強い口調で荷物はない、あなたは本当にここに預けたのか?と言われました。もう一度探してもらい、事務所内から見つかりましたが、外国人相手にだるそうなのがとても不愉快でした。 部屋は床や椅子に食べこぼしが残っていて、ソファも液体をこぼしたような跡があり、あまり清潔には感じませんでした。パジャマもありません。シャワーとトイレの間に敷居があったので、トイレットペーパーが濡れずよかったです。 雲西はいろんなお店が周りにあってよかったです。また利用すると思いますが、次は別のスタッフさんに当たることを望みます。

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen und dem kostenlosen Shuttle gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war leider sehr unfreudig. Sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Ein Hallo oder Guten Morgen wurde uns nicht entgegengebracht, sondern man wurde kurz und knapp abgefertigt. Wir haben gegen ca. 19 Uhr eingecheckt und das Zimmer nur bekommen, mit der Aufforderung leise zu sein, um den Gast neben uns nicht zu stören. Ansonsten hätten wir noch 30 min warten müssen, da das andere Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Uns war auch währen des Check-In´s oft nicht bewusst, ob mit uns oder dem Kollegen gesprochen wurde....

The reception staff is rude. The kettle in the residence not clean enough. The number of seats in the airport shuttle is limited. The only good thing is the fried chicken restaurant nearby.

Overall it was comfortable. The room was a tiny bit dirty with some pillow stains. The shuttle information is not clear anywhere on their site and we were unable to use it because they don’t respond to messages on time. For future reference, the shuttle runs from 6 AM - 10 PM as of the time of this review and you have to find their google form to book it.
