'A fantastic hotel, I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. We booked the so called "Lodhi Room" with plunge pool (highly recommended) and were happy with the staff service and food (we used the restaurants for breakfast and dinners).'

Dit pension/hotel heeft een Duitse manager; die dit uitstekend geleid hotel/pension leidt. Zeer professioneel. Met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Dit was de eerste keer en we werden getriggerd door Tripadvisor, daar staan ze op nummer 2 van de ranking. Het is geen Oberoi, of Hyatt of Hilton. Maar de prijs dat maakt een groot verschil. 'Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Ajay! Er hat auf uns gewartet als wir mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen ankamen, hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns Tipps gegeben, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Auch haben uns seine Mitarbeiter ein ‚normales‘ Frühstück gemacht, da uns das indische zu scharf war ;) Alles top, danke nochmals - fünf Sterne!!! '

'Very nice up market B&B in South Delhi. Service was excellent right from the start. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and cake. The Defence Colony area was notably much greener and quieter than other parts of Delhi. As this was our last night we decided to have the set meal for 1200rs which was amazing.

'Evergreen Suites is a reasonably priced guesthouse in a very nice area of Delhi, convenient to Defence Colony Market, and a short taxi ride from the New Delhi train station, Connaught Place, and many other central locations. I've stayed here 3 times recently and the room is always clean and comfortable. The family style breakfast is excellent, and the manager was very helpful in arranging taxis for me. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Delhi, and recommend it to others as well.'

"Clean place with good breakfast. Nicely located close to janpath market"
"Net hotel, zeker voor Delhi. Het is een erg grote stad. Gelukkig zijn tuktuk erg goedkoop. Het meeste dat ik betaalde was 2 euro 50 cent voor een rit van 20 min.
Centrum ligt 1 euro met tuktuk. Daar is ook Hard rock café alwaar men Westers eten kan krijgen
Iedereen wil iets van je. Dat is wel eens vervelend
Hotel is oké. Personeel erg aardig. Soms ook onduidelijke situaties. Het meest vreemde was de taxi terug naar vliegveld. Hotel gaf verschillende informatie. Volgens de een koste het zes euro. Volgens de ander met meter zeven euro. Uiteindelijk was het acht euro zonder meter. Koffer werd, niet vastgebonden, op een plaat op de auto gelegd. Dat voelde erg raar. Zeker omdat ik alleen in auto zat. Men rijdt daar heel bijzonder (toeteren is een nationale hobby)."
