'The hotel was accepteble, rooms are very small, parking is in front of the room, nothing fancy to it. The ref and microwave make it better value. The swimmingpool was nice, only a bit of a petty that it is fully exposed to the wind from the beach, difficult to sunbathe there because of the sands painfuly blowing into it . The pool was nessesary cause the beach is covered witch black jetseam (plantresidu) and moss probaly from a nearby river, or marsch. Be carefull with your creditcard here...

'Heerlijk motel in Melbourne beach. Eenvoudig, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden een huisje met woon- en slaapkamer, badkamer en complete keuken. Ideaal voor een verblijf van enkele dagen. Niet het meeste schone, maar wel leuk, gezellig en met een heerlijk terras aan het strand waar je volledige vrijheid hebt. '

'Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.'

'At check-in, the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked really nice! Only downside was that the AC unit that made quite some noise was located directly next to the bed (2-3 ft away from where my head was), and the pillows were a little bit flat/thin. But would definitely stay here again.'

'When you enter, it looks clean and modern, reception very helpful and friendly. Then you enter the creaky elevator (one wasn’t working so had one for 8 floors for the day), carpets in hallways had same detritus the whole time we were there along with accumulated garbage at the ends of the halls. The room itself was “inconsistently updated” —it doesn’t matter if you slap a new bed set and other wall features in if you don’t repair the hole in the ceiling, fix the cracked tile and the moldy caulk...

'Hotel ziet er goed uit maar onze kamer was een klein beetje gedateerd maar heeft wel alle nodige voorzieningen. Ligt nog wat ver van het strand dus een auto is een must.'

'Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again.'

'Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. When I looked again on the website it's mentioned in the fine print below. Who checks that when the description mentions a pool and a balcony. Very dissappointing for the highest price in the area. Also 2 strange hairs in my bed and an alarm clock with usb but no plug in the wall. Why is it even there then? Shower made a...

'Vrijwel alles prima. Fles water was te krijgen bij de receptie. Waarom niet iedere dag in de kamer? Enige minpuntje is de tussendeur naar kamer ernaast die niet goed geluidsisolerend is! Eerste avond vrij lawaaiig!'

'Nice hotel. The beds could be better, ours had coils you could feel. Shower was good, access to the room and patling great. Fitness center has the basics plus. Good location.'
