The Space:

Relax in style and comfort in this barefoot chic home between trips to the beach, pool or park. Turtle Nest is a 3BR, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated and updated - and fully stocked for your family or group to enjoy. Just minutes to the beach by car or bike, the Turtle Nest is directly across from Gleason Park, which adds a huge list of bonus amenities to this stunning beach home. Enjoy the hot tub in your backyard - OR cross the street to the Park which has a heated public pool, walking and biking paths and large play structures for kids. Great park for Fido too.

Pets on leashes welcome in the house with prior approval with fee.



Kitchen/dining area: Kitchen is equipped all new appliances, coffee maker and espresso maker, plus all the cookware and tableware your group will need. The fully updated and well-stocked kitchen provides guest with all needed appliances and utensils to prepare a home cooked meal or snack. The dining table seats six.

Guest Access:

Guest have full access to the entire home, fenced back yard, hot tub and single-car garage. Beach gear included. Parking 1 or 2 cars in the driveway. NO street parking and please keep all vehicles ON THE DRIVEWAY so as not to damage the sprinklers.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet beachside neighborhood that's great for families, groups or business. Gleason Park is directly across the street and has 2 playgrounds, a lakeside walking trail and a public, heated pool. See the gopher tortoises, turtles in the lake or bike or walk to the beach, or just take the kids to play areas or swim in the heated public pool (with Lifeguard hours). There’s even an exercise area in the park with fitness equipment. Looking for a place that's close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants? Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet beach community that's just over the causeway from Melbourne, 15 min to Cocoa Beach, 30 to Cape Canaveral and an hour from Orlando attractions.

By car is best. Uber and Lyft available. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance - but most people drive. Biking and walking are safe and easy. But stores and restaurants mostly frequented by car.

We have cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. No cameras are in common areas outdoors.

PETS: We are pet-friendly, but ask that guests please tell us ahead of time!

★ Pet Policy: One dog up to 40 lbs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $125 and MUST be disclosed upon booking so we can send a request for the fee. There isn't a fee for certified service animals but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one and send an image of paperwork.



You will have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. Property managers live nearby and are available anytime. Guests have full use of the complete property and its private yard. Upon arrival complimentary parking is provided on site for up to 3 vehicles. On those many warm days, cool off indoors with our top-of-the-line AC systems. A full-size washer and dryer is also on site.



• TVs: in the living room and master; SmartTVs for streaming and cable TV.

• Home includes full-size washer and dryer for guest use on the first floor.



Liability Waiver:

You understand that the use of the hot tub, bicycles, BBQ grill and other outdoor activities is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with these activities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, biking and use of the hot tub, bicycles and BBQ grill and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or biking if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or rides a bicycle while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or the hot tub or bicycles. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
