Verspreid en geniet van je eigen zonnige villa met zes slaapkamers en vier badkamers in Windsor Hills Resort. Het beste van alles, het is slechts twee mijl naar Walt Disney World!

Professioneel ingericht met speciale zorg om kindvriendelijk te zijn, dit huis is perfect voor gezinnen, groepen golfers of vrienden, verhuisde leidinggevenden, zakenreizigers of zelfs uitgebreide familiebijeenkomsten. U zult genieten van de zonovergoten uitgebreide gescreende Lanai met uw eigen privézwembad en hot tub! Boven vindt u drie master suites met kingsize bedden en twee eigen badkamers.

Ook zijn er twee extra slaapkamers met twee aparte bedden. Op het lagere niveau is de zesde slaapkamer ingericht met een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben een platte LED-tv met kabel! De familiekamer is uitgerust met comfortabele stoelen, een 50 inch led-tv met groot scherm, BluRay en een boombox-cd-speler.

Met onze extra woonkamer is er veel ruimte om te spreiden. In het clubhuis zijn films te huur. Wij bieden veilige draadloze Roadrunner high-speed internettoegang en gratis onbeperkte interlokale telefoongesprekken binnen de VS! Voor diegenen die reizen met jonge kinderen, is dit de plek voor jou!

We bieden een Pack-N-Play-box, kinderwagen en kinderstoel gratis. We hebben zelfs gezorgd voor eenvoudige baby-proofing, zoals het afdekken van stopcontacten en het voorzien van een poort voor de bovenkant van de trap. U zult genieten van een ontspannen ontbijt terwijl de kinderen vrolijk in het zwembad plonsen. Onze speelkamer houdt de kinderen (en volwassenen) bezig met Air Hockey, pooltafel en Playstation 4-gameconsole van professionele kwaliteit. Stel je voor dat je thuiskomt na een leuke dag in Disney World of Universal Studios, de kinderen in hun eigen kamer in bed stopt en geniet van een laat diner of ontspannen in het bubbelbad met je partner. (Zwembadverwarming is optioneel / extra)

Het hele gezin hoeft geen 'licht uit' te hebben bij 8 p. m. wanneer de kinderen naar bed gaan zoals je in een hotel zou doen. Veel restaurants en winkels liggen op 1,5 km van het huis. Boodschappen, medische klinieken, Walmart en een 24-uurs apotheek zijn allemaal binnen enkele minuten. Er is golf naast de deur in prachtige Mystic Dunes. Tientallen andere kampioenschapsgolfbanen zijn binnen 5 mijl!

Windsor Hills is een omheind resort met 24-uurs beveiliging. Het is gevuld met familieplezier, waaronder een groot zwembad met waterglijbaan, bubbelbad, plonsfontein, diverse winkel, fitnesscentrum, kinderspeelplaats, arcade, putting green, tennis- en volleybalvelden en zelfs een bioscoop!

Disney World ligt op minder dan vijf minuten van ons huis. Universal Studios en Sea World liggen op vijftien minuten afstand. Tussendoor vindt u alle winkels en plezier waar u van kunt dromen. Zie onze website, 3,2 km naar Disney, voor informatie over alle geweldige attracties in de omgeving.

We hebben een geweldige lokale verzorger die ervoor zorgt dat het huis klaar is voor uw aankomst en reageren op alle behoeften die zich voordoen tijdens uw verblijf.

Underwhelming, it was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews. It is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, furniture and appliances from this century. The pool deck is rough and in need of a good power wash as the front entry does too. The beds are uncomfortable especially the one downstairs, it really hurt my back. The sinks and tubs are very old and stained. I wouldn't spend money to stay here again, not worth it when so many nicer, cleaner places are available.

Decent place to stay for Orlando vacation

Pool was nice. Location was good. Resort pool area was very nice and staff were friendly. Nice you can bring your own drinks down to the main resort pool area but can also purchase drinks there. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. Concerned bedding (blankets & pillow shams) not cleaned, only sheets get laundered. Not the most hygienic practice. Recommend this process be changed. Otherwise the home was clean and had no issues.

Beyond Fabulous !!

Fabulous..gorgeous 6 bedroom villa ! So much space and bathrooms / suites for us all !! Fantastic hot tub and pool ! My little grandaughters loved the Ariel room .. and the boys loved the Harry Potter room !! The owner was top- notch to deal with ! So close to the Disney parks .. 5-10 min max ...Starbucks / McDonald's / Walmart 3 min away ..can't wait to return !! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa !!

Perfect for an extended family stay!

Really lovely home for an extended family stay! Beds were comfy. For those traveling with small children, perfect easy walk to the playground and great security for the pool. Home reasonably maintained for a high volume rental. Dishwasher was a bit finicky about starting. Also there were several screens missing on the screenhouse around the pool. I assume owners are waiting a bit longer to repair minor damage out of hurricane season and it was not a problem at all for us traveling during winter. But, if you're visiting during love bug season, maybe check in on it!

A good (but just short of great) place, particularly for the price!

TL/DR: The house is in a phenomenal location and the owner was great to work with. The only real negatives were that the house could really use some TLC. But if you’re going to be at the area parks all the time, this place is awesome, and we would absolutely consider staying here again!Check-in/pretrip - SUPER easy, and the owner was both responsive and accommodating of a couple special requests.Location - You’re 10 minutes from Disney property, and there are a TON of restaurants & shopping nearby. Plus, it feels safe, quiet, & well maintained.Cleanliness - Other than a little mildew on the downstairs shower and a couple stains here and there, the place was VERY well kept, so no complaints.Decor - I think “sparse” is the best description. Very little decor around the house, which makes it feel kind of bland. Kids rooms are minimally themed, and the garage is painted, but that’s about it other than a couple generic prints on the walls. Amenities: Really the only disappointing aspect of the stay. For such a nice area, you’d expect a bit more than maybe half a roll of paper towels, less than 1 roll of TP & washcloth per bathroom, & 1 trash bag. Even in the game room, of 5 pool cues, only one was usable, & the table is badly warped.There is nothing about this property that a trip to Costco & some TLC couldn’t improve, and it has a LOT to recommend it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep (& maybe swim) between park visits, you should absolutely check it out!

The home was spacious with an excellent layout, including the kitchen area, and covered deck so no mosquitoes got in There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large multi generational family. The A/C worked very well , the games room with the HP decor was wonderful The few negatives were, the kitchen could use a few more things (oven mitts, an extra frying pan etc There weren’t any full length mirrors This is a minor issue We loved the clubhouse pool which looked like a resort (palm trees, walk in like a beach) perfect for families, and water park We went to visit the Disney Parks & Universal Parks and this was a wonderful vacation home for our family

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Great neighborhood with gated security and zero entry pool and splash area. Ten minutes from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the owner was amazing. Best ever! She responded quickly and was able to accommodate us for an extra night due to weather. The house had a good starter supply of paper goods and such. The bedding was clean and the furnishings very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances. The showers were good and strong, something we appreciate after slathering ourselves in sunscreen every day. The pool area was well appointed and a refreshing brek from our busy park days. Everything in and out of the home was in good working order. We've stayed in over a dozen homes in Windsor Hills over the years. It's the best community in our opinion and this home was perfect for our summer getaway.

Great Location but needs love

This home was perfect for our needs but the home has some deferred maintenance items. The shower pan in the primary bedroom is peeling, the floors were so squeaky that it woke people up, the kitchen was absolutely barren. While at the property the water heater was leaking everywhere on the garage and we tried to get in touch with the property manager but they are only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The garage rug and furniture were soaked. We paid for the hot tub to be heated and it did not get to temperature. The thermostat is faulty. The home slept our party comfortably but we would not rent again. This home is heavily worn.

Spring Break 2023 and A Birthday celebration!!

Windsor Hill is a nice and quiet area. The home comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The home had what we needed to make our week enjoyable. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool daily, pool table and air hockey. My husband and I enjoyed the whirlpool spa as well as the other amenities! We couldn’t have expected any more. The owner very quick to respond and very knowledgeable! We look forward to visiting this home again. Thanks!

Disney Adventure 2023

We came down with family for a Disney and Universal Studios vacation. This home is in a PERFECT location. Very close to the parks and every need nearby. We loved having a pool for down time. Plenty of bathrooms for all. Lol. A priority for our family!! Home was clean. Showed some normal wear and tear but met all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back for a future visit.

Great Location lots of room

Overall we loved the house. It's in a great location close to everything, and the space is amazing for bigger families. The house however is starting to show its age needs TLC. Upon check in there was black mold around the tub and shower surrounds and the calking is coming off needs to be replaced (I bought Cleaner and cleaned it so its back to being sparkly). The hot tub had a lot of sand in it (took 3 cleans before we could use it) two of the jets are not working 100 we told the pool guy, it could be plugged. The hot tub cover was old and broken very heavy from water in it, it is by far not a new hot tub. The bean bag chairs were missing from the game room due to a previous guest ruining them. I contacted the owner within mins she contacted me back told the manager who in turn met us at the house the next day with new chairs, and ordered a new hot tub cover!. We also found a few more issues which we showed the manager he was on top of, and very easy to work with. They were grateful we told them of issues previous guest's had done so they can correct it. For the price and for the space was worth it. My daughter loved the ariel room. The heated pool was great especially on cooler nights. we enjoyed our stay.

We were a party of 6 staying for 7 nights. 2 trash bags and one dishwasher tab was left. We had to buy trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels. The master bath only had 2 towels.

The highest praise I can give this property is that we chose to stay here a 2nd time. Great location, communicative owners. We love the free standing hot tub!
