'Ik had dit hotel gekozen vanwege de shuttlebus van vliegveld naar hotel. Bij aankomst op vliegveld na reis van 14 uur bleek deze niet te rijden. Helaas waren er op het vliegveld ook geen taxi’s te staan, en na telefonisch contact ook niet te komen. Uiteindelijk 45 min moeten lopen naar het ‘Airport’ hotel'

'Lamp outlets were so loose I couldn't charge my phone. I had to hold the charger in the outlet to keep a connection. But, most importantly, I booked this room at 1030pm on 5/27. I incorrectly put 5/27 instead of 5/28 for check in. While Expedia did what they could, the hotel would not refund the room even though I booked it again for the correct night. This definitely confirms I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again.'

'Shower head was tied with a plastic bag to stop leak but water was spraying everywhere'

'Total disappointment! Beds with hairs, smelly rooms like urine or smoke, walkways are dirty with stained drips and cockroaches at night. overall, not a pleasant environment. Had to be switched bedrooms after being shown 3, it was close to midnight had no option but sleep there since they had already taken my deposit. Just a dreadful experience!'

'The check in clerk was a nice man but he must get off a 5. The night clerk (long blonde hair woman in her late 30s maybe) was rude and not helpful at all. I asked her about the TV channels and if they had a list. She told what channel had the guide but, when I asked about HBO (advertised on their sign) she answered that she had told me what channels the guide was on. I explained I couldn't find it listed she answered that I just needed to look at the guide channels. The milk at the breakfast...

'The breakfast was always really good'

'I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.'

'I must preface this by saying I travel for work much and stay in alot of places. The room was decent and spacious but the thermostat will not allow room cooling past 68°. I am a person that runs very hot and i might need it cooler to fall asleep. Also it gets really hot in SC. The area is kind of ghetto which isnt the hotels fault but people should know what to expect nearby. When i showed up to check in there was nobody behind the counter to greet. I had to wait for one of the cleaning staff to...

'This hotel needs a lot of reconstruction work! The tv is very tiny, making it difficult to watch it and relax! The tub is very old, ceilings are brown, needs repainting. For the money, it could gave been better.'
