'This was our first experience with a tiny house, it wa very clean and warm and everything worked as it should. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the location near Milawa was on a fewer minutes drive.'

'It was a very hot weekend so the solitary aircon really struggled to cool the rest of the house. Stove was really old and would have appreciated some instructions on how to use that or the pizza oven. Bbq ignition button didn’t work either. Fruit trees outside were nice and my daughter enjoyed the emus next door.'

'My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A'

'Room seemed clean, note on the window saying don’t open as the window is broken, air con not very useful, had it on 27 and high fan still not able to warm the room, bathroom could use a good going over with a mould killer Doubt very much if I would have a return visit'
