'Great hotel with super spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is nice: walking distance to Pier Park and Winn Dixie right across the street. The gentleman at check in was kind enough to change our two queen to a king room, which was very convenient. Nice pool with sunbeds. We also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the lobby.'

'I had a great stay at Beachside Resort. I originally booked two nights and liked it well enough to add a 3rd night. I went by myself and felt totally safe as a single woman. I had a "comfort queen" room on the 3rd floor. The view was fantastic over the pool, sundeck, and beach. The only drawback is that there are only two elevators down at the other end of the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in...

'Ligging was prachtig, je loopt zo het strand op. Fijn zwembad. De staat van het hotel is erbarmelijk. Meubels oud. We boekten een kamer waar 6 personen zouden moeten kunnen verblijven; er waren 3 lepels. In de keuken verder niet 1 pan. 1 van de 2 aircos werkte niet. Licht op het balkon werkte niet. In de lobby was soms koffie te krijgen. 2 van de 4 dagen was de koffie om 8 uur s ochtends nog niet klaar. Er stonden wel zakjes thee maar ook op verzoek was geen warm water voor thee te krijgen en op...

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
