'we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several...

'The property is really great. It could get a little small if you stay there a whole week but probably not for just two people. This is completely opinion, but it isn't VRBO (as in Owner). It's managed by a property company. They do a fine job, but you have to go to their office to check in and check out. Not a huge deal but I like VRBO so I don't have to do that.'
