'Breakfast was the high point. The place was clean. Check-in was a mess. It took about 30 min at 1am, despite having paid in advance. The curtains could not close and there was a bright parking lot light right outside. The shower handle fell off. '

'Love that the hotel is so close to Swamp Rabbit Trail. my husband and I enjoyed our early morning walk. Hotel Is very close to the TR restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Enjoyed our Visit as always.'

'This is incredibly frustrating, my flight was delayed, even though I had paid a deposit on the room, I got in 12 hours later than expected. When I checked in, they told me that they not only charged me, but that they gave my room away. Neither a refund nor solution was given. So not helpful, I called Expedia and they told me it was up to the discretion of the hotel. NOT A VERY GOOD AREA, either. I believe it was the owner who is at the front desk, so word to the wise… STAY AWAY'

'Nothing too bad nothing to great. What got my goat was washer and dryer take quarters only. Even more annoying than this was management ran out of quarters and told me to run to the store. This is backwards thinking, staff should be running to the store whenever they are even close to running out of quarter reserves.'
