'Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. 'The apartment is great, it’s small but has everything you need. Location is extremely central. We couldn’t get access to VRBO so communication, at first was a nightmare. So we contacted the mobile number advertised, and started to sort everything out. Overall area (2 towers and parking area) is huge and was confusing at time. But overall, a great stay'
