'Most extraordinary hotel with perfect service ! In the center of London.'

'Very friendly and accomodating staff!'

'Grandioos verblijf.

'No issues. Good location.'

'Centrally located spot that was both spacious and clean. We were thankful the room had air conditioning as London experienced a heat wave during our stay! Staff was amazing!'

'Wat een mooie kamer! Fijne badkamer. Aardig personeel. Bushalte vlakbij. Rustige buurt. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad.'

'Very nice stay. Reception feels a bit dark and cramped but compensated by the friendly staff. Received a room upgrade, rose petals and cakes surprise to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall nice hotel in an excellent location'

'Communicatie was great, very quick to respond to all my questions. The room itself was very neat and smartly arranged. Nice bathroom with lovely thick fluffy towels.'

'Prachtige hotel op een mooie locatie. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. '

'We had a very nice stay at CitizenM. There was an error with the incheck at the beginning, they gave us a free drink and made it no problem to leave our stuff at the Hotel so we could explore London in the meantime. As soon as my boyfriend had a low blood sugar it was no problem for them to give us a chocolate bar as soon as possible, also for free. We wanted to give them a tip but they only can take cash, we didn't have that on us unfortunatly. The guy told us that it didn't matter at all...

'Fijn hotel. Super locatie. Kleine kamer voor 2 personen. Vriendelijk personeel!'
