'I booked a 3-night stay in Oaxaca and it was magical. I truly liked the Casa Carlota, for many reasons. It is located in a quiet area at the outskirts of the small but lively city of Oaxaca. But still, it is only 3 blocks away from where it all happens. The service in the Casa Carlota is impeccable from the very first minute of your arrival until the second you have to leave. You receive personal information about the Casa Carlota, the city of Oaxaca and the surroundings and excursion...

'Casa los cantaros was a great place for my friends and family stay. They went above and beyond to find us a baby playpen and bathtub when i asked if they might have one around. They were always very friendly and great at helping us with whatever we needed. Only negative thing i can say is the water pressure of the shower was not good at all... i had to wait for weird hours to shower when i knew no one else was showering lol'

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
